What is this ?

It's an onlineshop for shirts/fashion and a few other products such as bags which feature designs done by me. This shop is done with help from spreadshirt.net, the leading company in the production and delivery of customized products over the internet.

What about delivery costs and -times ?

Those vary greatly depending which country you are from. All products are manufactured in the US and handed over to the mailservice within 24-48 hours.
Prices and delivery times vary from 4.99$ to 14.99$ and 3 days to two weeks, very much depending on the total price of your order and your location. You can find a detailed table of delivery-charges on this page.

What if I don't like the Shirt/Product when I see it ?

You can return any order within 14 days and get a refund, however only if the shirt has not been worn or washed. So no risk for you.

I also urge you to read this help about picking the right size. Most problems arise with clothes not fitting the buyer, which is easily avoidable.

How can I pay ?

You can pay with all major Creditcards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Diner). For some countries there is also the option of bank payment or paypal.

Who can I contact with questions ?

If you have any questions or suggestions about the designs or design/product-combinations then drop me a mail. If you did order anything and something goes wrong contact Spreadshirt. They have a big service-department which is replying fast to emails and will help you however they can. This includes a lost delivery, if anything is obviously wrong with the print (can happen) or other things like that.

Why is everything so expensive ?

An important question, I know, because people use online-shopping primarily to make a bargain.
However, the keywords for the high prices here are quality and uniqueness (if there is actually such a word, that is).

First of all, the products itself are top-notch. The shirts are meant to last and the prints are done in a hand-made process using high-quality materials.
Another thing to consider is the uniqueness. Again, be aware that every shirt is done by hand when you order it. A real person actually prints the design and applies it onto the product you chose. Those shirts are not done in an industrial process in numbers of ten of thousands. That also means that if you buy something here you will get something very special that only a few other people (probably living far away from you) have too. But probably you even got the only existing design/shirt/color-combination in the whole world, because you can also make your very own personal shirt using the designer.
